General conditions of sale
The general conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relations between any user of the site www.lets-scrap.fr, pertaining to the company LET'S SCRAP 32 avenue Joseph Callet 13870 Rognonas, registered with and the company trade register of Tarascon under the number 493 375 851. These general conditions of sale are the only applicable ones and replace all other conditions, except exemption preliminary, express and written. LET'S SCRAP can punctually be brought to modify some of the provisions of its general conditions, as it is necessary as those are read again before each visit of the site. These modifications are opposable as from their settings on line and cannot apply with the contracts concluded before. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the general conditions applicable to the date of the order. We consider by validating your order, you accept without reserve our general conditions of sale after having read them. While reaching the Site, you commit yourselves observing the General Conditions as well as the terms of sale appearing there.
1. To place an order : to place your order, we place at your disposal three means:

- by electronic mail: lets-scrap@orange.fr
- by mail accompanied d'une impression by your order and your mode of payment addressed to: LET'S SCRAP, 32 avenue Joseph Callet 13870 Rognonas.
We assure you then his good reception by electronic mail.
2. Prices : the selling prices indicated on the Site are in euros and all inclusive of tax but except expenses of delivery. The possible expenses of delivery are indicated to l Utilisator at the time of the confirmation of order and are to him invoicees at the end of the order in supplement of the price of the selected products. The price to be discharged is in euros and is systematically indicated in a clear way before the confirmation of order. We reserve ourselves the right to modify our prices constantly but we commit ourselves applying the tariffs in force which will have been indicated to you on the Site at the time of your order.
3. Availability : We will deliver your order within the limit with our stocks available. In case where a ordered product would not be available in our stocks, we commit ourselves contacting you by electronic mail within 15 day as from the date of your order in order to inform you and to indicate to you within which times, this product could, if necessary, be delivered to you. If among the ordered products, some are temporarily inalienable, we engage, to send the products available to you and to offer the " to you; carriage costs " for the remainder of the order. We will then propose to you to address yourselves to replace the inalienable product, an article d'une quality and d'un equivalent price.
4. Mode of delivery : the products bought on the Site are dispatched by the post office according to the mode of delivery chosen during the ordering. Your order will be delivered to you to l adress that you indicated to us at the time of your order. 6. Right of retractation. Satisfied or refunded It is the seven days frank envisaged by the article L 121-20 of the Code of Consumption. This right of retractation is valid without penalty, with the exception of the carriage costs. You can within this time turn over this product, with your expenses, accompanied by your invoice. We thank you for turning over us the goods in recommended or in follow-up posts and to subscribe to an insurance near the conveyor of the commercial value of the products. This being in particular necessary in the event of spoliation or of loss of these goods by their services. In all the cases the return is at the expenses of the consumer will be accepted, the products will be new and complete, turned over in their original packing. If you paid your purchase by check, refunding to you will be addressed after a 15 days deadline in order to verify the solvency of your payment.
7. Return : For any return of parcel, you must return over us by the Post office (or another conveyor). Please note that the carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the event of nonconformity of the product.
8. Litigation and responsibility : this contract is subjected to the French right. LET'S SCRAP could not be held for person in charge for the non-execution of the concluded contract, first share in the event of cause beyond control, as defined by the courts second share in the event of fault of the customer or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact third in the contract.
9. Personal data protection information : that you communicate to us being essential for the treatment of orders, the invoices, their absence involves l annulation of your order. By registering you on the Site, you commit yourselves providing us sincere and true information concerning you. The communication of false information is against the present general conditions thus terms of sale being reproduced on the Site. In accordance with the "Informatic law and Liberty", the processing of your data made adeclaration near the National Commission of l Informatic and Freedoms (CNIL). You can ask not to more receive electronic mails of our share constantly while sending a mail to us electronic. LET'S SCRAP is the only holder of information concerning you.
